So, I decided to give the Biodance biocollagen real deep mask a go. And the reason I wanted to try it is I went to a boat party on the weekend, and it was so hot, over 30 degrees, and I was squinting quite a lot.
All the moisture was just sucked out of my body. So, I've seen these online before, and I thought I really wanted to try it because it has the collagen and it's there for hydrating, pore minimising, and also firming, as it states on the packet. So, I'm going give you a Biodance bio collagen real deep mask review for the full 3 hours that it states on the back.

The Biodance bio collagen real deep mask is a highly concentrated hydrogel mask with 34g of active ingredients for hydration, elasticity, and minimised pores. The hydrogel mask is formulated with solidified ampoule and becomes transparent as its active ingredients are absorbed.
It contains 243Da ultra low molecular collagen and hyaluronic acid for smooth, firm skin. The absorption time is 3 to 5 hours, where the ampoule in the sheet is absorbed into the skin, turning the opaque mask transparent. This face mask is designed for intense hydration and firming.
This mask targets hydrating, pore minimising, and firming. It's labeled as a whitening and wrinkle improvement dual functional cosmetic.
So if you're dealing with dry skin, fine lines, loss of elasticity, or enlarged pores, this biodance bio collagen real deep mask promises to help. The probiotics galactomyces ferment filtrate also helps improve overall skin texture and brightness.
Now, in terms of irritations, it didn't really irritate me at all. Glad to say there was no irritation at all.
But they do say you can put the mask on daily. If you do have allergies, always do a patch test. You can do that with, and if you see below, those little cutout ones for the eyes and the mouth. Use that as a patch test.
The star ingredient is the 243Da ultra low molecular collagen at 52,000ppb. This incredibly small molecular size means it can penetrate deeper into your skin rather than just sitting on the surface.
Collagen is essential for maintaining skin elasticity and firmness, and using it topically can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and improve overall skin texture.
This probiotic ingredient is a skincare favourite in Korean skincare products. It helps brighten the skin, improve texture, and enhance the skin's natural moisture barrier.

Hyaluronic acid is a hydration powerhouse that can hold up to 1000 times its weight in water. The low molecular weight version penetrates deeper into the skin layers, providing intense hydration from within.
This multitasking ingredient is brilliant for brightening, reducing the appearance of pores, and improving skin texture. Niacinamide also helps strengthen the skin barrier and can reduce inflammation.
The formula also includes adenosine for anti aging benefits, allantoin for soothing, and bifida ferment filtrate and lactobacillus ferment for additional probiotic benefits. There's also tocopherol (vitamin E) for antioxidant protection.
In terms of the texture, it's like a jelly texture, like a very thin jelly. You'll see from my picture that it's like putting on a new phone screen.
You have to kind of press it in, get all the bubbles out, so it moulds to your face. So try and do that. Just be delicate because you don't want to rip the mask.
Now it has, in terms of the smell, it has a very neutral smell to it. And that jelly like feel makes it feel nice on the actual skin. The sensation is quite cooling and soothing initially.
It did feel a bit dry on my skin throughout that whole 3 hours. So I'd give the feel about a 7 out of 10.
While it feels amazing at first and the jelly like texture is quite pleasant, as it dries out over those 3 hours, it does start to feel a bit tight and dry on the skin. This biodance bio collagen real deep mask review wouldn't be complete without mentioning that the tight feeling means the ingredients are being absorbed.
I also didn't have any smell to it. Honestly, there's barely any smell to it at all.
It has a very neutral, almost non existent scent. If you're sensitive to fragrances or just prefer your skincare to be scent free, you'll love this.
So, in terms of 1st impressions, when I open up the packet, it was very, very tough to open the packet. So, give it a good bit of power.
I guess that's a good thing. Usually if it's hard to open up the packet, it just means all the serum will stay fresher inside.
Once you eventually get the face mask out, it's on another plastic, so it's trying to keep the juice on the actual mask itself. So all you have to do is take it out and take it off the plastic.
It comes in 2 sections. A top half and also bottom half. I like that, so you don't have to fiddle around with ripping the mask apart.
It fitted quite well in terms of the actual mask itself. It had big holes in the eyes and also a big hole in the mouth.
Although it didn't stretch all the way to the top of my head, into the top sides of my head, where the holes were for the mouth and the eyes, it had three extra pieces. So I just put that instead on my face.
Just a pro tip. Before putting on the mask, make sure you get all the juices out of the actual packet itself, because there's a bit of juice right at the bottom. So squeeze it onto the mask before you put on the mask.
In terms of the application and it's spreading, while there was a bit of liquid left over to put on at the beginning, afterwards, there was no more liquid, so hopefully, my whole face absorbs all those active ingredients. There wasn't any dripping, which was great for a hydrating mask.
You can see the mask has started to dry and become a bit more translucent. The nose part was completely dry meaning the active ingredients had gone in and I had very dry skin.
You can see after 3 hours the mask has gone completely translucent and its now ready to take the mask off.
Afterwards, my skin feels amazing I'm glad to say. And I feel like you can notice the difference afterwards, such as my crow's feet and underneath my eyes. It feels tighter.
Also a slight change in my forehead wrinkles. The overall texture of my skin felt smoother, more plump, and definitely more hydrated.
The packaging is quite practical overall. The individual sachets keep each mask fresh and hygienic, which is perfect for travel.
The tough packaging might seem like a nuisance when you're trying to rip it open, but it does ensure the product stays sealed and fresh. Each packet clearly displays the key ingredients and claims on the front, with detailed instructions on the back.
Once you get the packet open, the mask comes out easily enough. The protective plastic film peels away without any issues, and the two part design makes application simpler than traditional one piece masks.
The serum doesn't drip everywhere, which is definitely a plus. My only complaint is that initial tough opening, but that's probably keeping everything fresher for longer.
In terms of the price point, it is a bit more on the expensive end. You get 4 in the package.

In terms of repurchasing, I would definitely repurchase this. The only thing that's holding me back is that you do have to put it on for 3 hours.
Now, it also says you can put it on overnight. However, I don't think I could sleep with it overnight. So I'd rather do it on a Sunday afternoon.
Also, Biodance does say you can use it daily for up to 8 hours. So if I'm in bed overnight, I'd rather not take the risk. I'd rather do it on a Sunday night.
The results I saw, tighter skin around my eyes, reduced appearance of fine lines, and incredible hydration, make it worth the investment. You definitely get what you pay for with this anti aging mask.

In terms of a pro tip, it doesn't actually say this on the box itself, but after you've removed your mask, gently rinse your face with a bit of water before applying other skincare items.
After rinsing, I'd recommend following up with your regular skincare routine. Your skin will be super hydrated and primed to absorb whatever you put on next.
I personally like to apply a serum and then seal everything in with a good moisturiser.
And my overall rating out of 10, I feel like I have had other juicier masks. However I did notice a difference afterwards, I'm going to give it a 9.5 out of 10, and I'll definitely be repurchasing these. The visible improvement in my crow's feet, the hydration boost, and the overall firming effect make this biodance bio collagen real deep mask a winner.
